I was hoping for a 5-nil win over Swansea, but it didn’t happen. There were 5 goals, however, and 4 of them were scored by the Blues. Torres opened up the scoring around the 30th minute. He seems to have rebooted himself, scoring two weeks in a row. Unfortunately, he got an early sending off, so we played a man down for the majority of the game, which did ultimately lead to our one goal against in the second half. Ramires found the back of the net twice, and Drogba, who subbed in late for Anelka, found a goal during injury time. I think Torres has rebooted as well as Drogba, which is entirely good news and timing for the Blues as we need them in full form.
At this time, Mata, Ramires, and Torres are our highest scorers with two goals each, and we are currently outscoring our opponents 2-1. No one has yet to emerge as our consistent goal scorer, but with Torres and Drogba finding their form again, perhaps it will be one of these two?
